Your household licence

A purchase permits personal use within your household. You may save working copies, print pages and make the extra household records you need. You may share relevant completed information with people you choose to help your family.

You may not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the blank product, offer it as your own, or use it to supply a competing product. This does not restrict rights that the law gives you.

Intellectual property

Rights in the product’s original content and presentation belong to their respective rights holders. Your purchase grants the household licence described above, rather than ownership of those rights. You retain responsibility for and control over the personal information you add.

What the organiser does and does not do

This is an information organiser. It is not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. It does not create a will, appoint a guardian or attorney, grant account access or medical authority, guarantee an insurance outcome, or replace professional advice. Recording a person’s name does not create a formal arrangement.

Keep information current, check arrangements with the relevant people and share only what the recipient needs. Store your copies appropriately. There is no automatic synchronisation between PDFs.

Delivery, problems and cancellation

Contact us if files are missing, corrupted or do not match their description. Your statutory rights are not excluded by these terms. Do not assume that all digital purchases are automatically non-refundable.

Where immediate digital supply is offered, the checkout must obtain the required express consent to start delivery during the cancellation period and acknowledgement of the effect on the cancellation right. Any loss of that right does not remove rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.

Responsibility and disputes

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a problem, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
