Your completed organiser

The PDFs do not send your answers to us. You choose where to save them and whom to share them with. Your device, email and storage services have their own privacy arrangements. The PDFs are not claimed to be encrypted. Do not send completed records to us.

Visiting this website

The production website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting services process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating the website. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Checklist and optional follow-up emails

We use the email address you provide to fulfil your checklist request. n8n processes the request and records your email, source, consent choice and version, submission time, delivery and customer status, and unsubscribe or suppression status. Resend sends the requested checklist, whether or not you choose marketing emails.

The optional, unticked checkbox lets you request two practical follow-up emails. We use your consent for those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. A limited suppression record may be retained so we can honour that choice. Purchase status is used to avoid sending a purchase invitation to an existing customer. Website forms send requests to n8n, which connects to Resend.

Checkout and orders

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy processes information entered at checkout under its own privacy notice. n8n processes the order reference, email, product and customer status for order handling; Resend uses customer status to manage follow-up emails. We do not receive full card details. For purchases, order processing relies on contract and records required by law on legal obligation.

Customer support

Zoho Mail handles email sent to our support address. We use your email, message and relevant order or technical information to respond, based on contract for order support or our legitimate interests in answering other enquiries. Do not send completed organiser files, passwords or financial credentials. Use redacted or fictional examples.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits from Pinterest, use of our Buy links and successful checklist requests. Analytics stays off until you select Accept analytics. You can reject it and still use the site, request the checklist and buy the organiser. Change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. We do not send your email address, form answers, family information or payment details to Google Analytics, and we do not enable advertising personalisation. Google processes technical information about your device and visit. See the Google privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Checkout and email providers may use their own cookies when you use their services.

If you arrive through a Pinterest campaign link and buy from that page, we pass its campaign source, medium, campaign name and Pin ID to Lemon Squeezy and keep the available values with our purchase event record. We do not add cookies or browser storage for this attribution, and do not pass your name, email or family information in these campaign fields. This campaign-link attribution operates separately from optional Google Analytics.

Retention and providers

We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing requested emails, supporting orders and meeting record-keeping obligations. You can ask us about retention or deletion using the contact address above. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information outside the UK; their processing terms describe data locations and transfer arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy.
